County Surplus Real Property Disposition Information
This map provides information on surplus properties that are available for disposal to the public.

- All County-owned surplus real property sales are sold AS IS. No actual or implied warranties of habitability, condition, merchantability, or fitness for nay general or specific use are hereby given.
- Buyers will be responsible for the payment of closing costs, including but not limited to documentary stamp tax and recording fees, which are due at the time of purchase. Property sale transfers are by County Deed.
- It is the responsibility of the potential buyer to contact the appropriate governmental agencies to determine whether the property can be utilized for the buyer’s intended use.
- Bay County reserves the right to waive all informalities, to reject all bids, or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
Procedures:
Before any County real property may be disposed of to the public, the Bay County Board of County Commissioners must declare the property as surplus, in accordance with Florida Statute 125.35 and Bay County Code Chapter 2, Article V.
