County owned real property under consideration to be declared surplus

This map provides information on properties undergoing internal review to be declared surplus.

County departments have first right of refusal. Please review the available properties and respond to kbryant@baycountyfl.gov no later than February 28, 2017.

Procedures:

Before any County real property may be disposed of to the public, the Bay County Board of County Commissioners must declare the property as surplus, in accordance with Florida Statute 125.35 and Bay County Code Chapter 2, Article V.
